The Renal Physiome

We provide here two support sites for the Renal Physiome.

• QKDB, the Quantitative Kidney Database, and
• The KidneySim Website: an early prototype that uses a Java applet for interactive presentation of a hypothesis-based model of kidney function. This is currently being reworked into a 3D-virtual kidney interface at the University of Melbourne and the Victoria Partnership for Advanced Computing.
