This paper describes an innovative smart contract-based negotiation framework integrated into sharing economy platforms to enable dynamic negotiation and electronic signature of digital agreements between partners. The proposed framework itself is technology agnostic. It can be used with any distributed collaborative platform regardless of the used technologies (web service, blockchain, etc.). We have used smart contract system as a mean to initiate and submit negotiated calls for tenders to respond to a business opportunity by multiple actors.
